Groypers at the DC Circus

Two young fascists that work for members of Congress are identified outside of the DC Courthouse where Trump's arraignment was happening...

The circus in DC last week also had a sideshow it included some of the worst of the far right. This crew of suited fascists arrived on the scene after Trump’s caravan had left - claiming to be working on his legal team. As far as I can tell - they are not. At least two of them are working for members of Congress. 

To the right we see Wade Searle - Wade is the digital director for Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar. 

Earlier this year Hunter Walker at Talking Points Memo connected Wade to the online personal - “ChickenRight” is a devoted follower of Nick Fuentes or as they call themselves “groypers”. Fuentes for this unfamiliar is a 24-year-old fascist and anti-semite that briefly ran Kanye West’s presidential campaign, allied with J6 organizer Ali Alexander and Alex Jones, and founder of the America First Political Action Conference (AFPAC). 

Center in the image above (physically not politically) awkwardly stands Lance W Smith who Hannah Gais and Megan Squire at the Southern Poverty Law Center just this month uncovered was as a consultant for Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s campaign. Smith, according to the SPLC “oversaw production of the representative’s podcast and managed the creative direction of her campaign.” making over 55,000 dollars. At that same time, Smith was, according to the SPLC purchasing or managing multiple web domains associated with Fuentes and his “America First” movement all under the alias UX. 

At this time the other two men in the group have not been identified as associated with any extremist movement. Possibly more on that later.
